Join Marina for a gentle journey into the body and intuition. Learn how to experience more safety and create more space for intuition to flow through. We’ll tap into techniques for harnessing your intuition to feel more joyful and at home in your body in your daily life.

This is a gentle invitation to come home to yourself for an hour, and to experience the spaciousness of Yoga Nidra. We’ll move through a guided journey designed to soothe the nervous system and create more space for your intuition to rise — so you can feel more at ease, more centered, and more at home in your body in your daily life.

A few suggestions to prepare:

✦ Find a quiet spot where you won’t be interrupted — your bed, the couch, or a yoga mat with pillows and blankets all work beautifully

✦ Have a journal nearby for any insights that want to land afterward

✦ Wear something comfortable and have a blanket within reach (the body cools as you settle)

✦ Bring something to cover your eyes for the practice

✦ Light candles, burn incense, or anything else that helps you create a sacred space

A replay will be sent to everyone who registers, in case you can’t make it live.
