Experience deep healing with community. Our eight-week coaching programs help you deconstruct past conditioning that may be causing poor eating habits, low self-worth, negative body image, anxiety, or other addictive patterns. You’ll be immersed in healing practices, learn how to eat intuitively, and step into your self-worth. Our coaches will guide you to identify opportunities for growth and build habits that empower you to live the life you truly want.

 

Individualized Coaching

In order to heal and create lasting change in our lives, we need to support ourselves with healthy habits. But making these changes on our own can be really challenging. Working with one of our coaches can help you uncover the subconscious blocks that often stand in your way, and empower you to reprogram these patterns. You’ll receive prescriptive practices and guidance for intuitive eating, shifting limiting beliefs, and anything else you are struggling with.

 

Yoga + Meditation Privates

Schedule individualized healing practices with our teachers anytime (live or virtually). You can choose private yoga sessions, breathwork, Yoga Nidra meditation, mindfulness training, or a mix of any of these. Sessions are 55 minutes.
